Personalized Services & Assistance
The pricing for assisted living at Diamond Bar RCFE is all inclusive of all services listed below.
The individual tailored pricing will reflect the Resident's level of care. What is considered in the level of care is the actual medical and physical condition of the Resident at the time of the admission.
We do accept Residents with: dementia, alzheimer, parkinson, diabetes controlled with oral medication, we will accept Residents with diabetes controlled by insulin only if they can administer the medication by him/herself. We do have a State of California waiver to accept Residents on Hospice and bedridden. We will also accept Residents on a short term stay(Respite) due to need of care after surgery or family need of break from carrying for the loved one. We do accept Residents with other medical conditions not listed above with the exception of contagious diseases.

All rooms are private rooms, we do not offer share rooms.
This is a smoke free facility.

We understand that each Resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. That's why we meet with Residents and family and conduct an assessment prior to move-in and at regular intervals after to understand the need for assistance and support in the following areas:

Personal hygiene and grooming
Dressing and clothes selection

          Medication management
          Continence management
          Assistance with eating
          Showering or bathing
          Socialization and activities
          Mobility and transferring Monitoring of safety

This assessment helps determine the appropriate care and service that preserves each resident's dignity, encourages independence and best enables freedom of choice.

While our facility cannot replace the love and support of an Elderly Person's family, our CAREGIVERS provide these helpful and necessary services that eliminates the difficult, time consuming and often stressful aspects of family caregiving:
