We understand that each Resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. That's why we meet with Residents and family and conduct an assessment prior to move-in and at regular intervals after to understand the need for assistance and support in the following areas: Personal hygiene and grooming
Dressing and clothes selection
Medication management
Continence management
Assistance with eating
Showering or bathing
Socialization and activities
Mobility and transferring Monitoring of safety
This assessment helps determine the appropriate care and service that preserves each resident's dignity, encourages independence and best enables freedom of choice. Upon completion of the assessment, a team of our Community Professionals comprised of the Executive Director, Assisted Living or Reminiscence Coordinator, Healthcare Coordinator, and our designated Care Manager prepares an individualized service plan that is monitored on a daily basis. While our facility cannot replace the love and support of an Elderly Person's family, our CAREGIVERS provide these helpful and necessary services that eliminates the difficult, time consuming and often stressful aspects of family caregiving: The following services are included in the "BASIC PRICE".
