Diamond Bar RCFE embraces the hospice philosophy of ensuring the right to dignity and comfort during the final phase of our residents' lives. We honor the DBRCFE Principles of Service in our commitment to holistic, compassionate end-of-life care. With an emphasis on caring, not curing, we provide symptom management combined with emotional and spiritual support. Our staff makes it a priority to be responsive to families' needs and Resident's wishes.
How Does Hospice Work at DBRCFE?
Diamond Bar RCFE works with preferred providers who have agreed to abide by "Established Best Practices". Hospice Providers, in conjunction with DBRCFE staff, tailor a "Resident and Family Centered Hospice Care Program". Together, we make it possible for our Residents with end-of-life needs to receive high-quality, Hospice Care while remaining at DBRCFE. We serve all Residents who are eligible and desire to receive Hospice Care. Hospice consultations are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
